Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort, Sunny Isles Beach

I recently stayed at Newport Beachside and the location was absolutely fantastic, right on the beach with amazing views. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the slow service and the room itself had a few issues with the balcony door not being properly sealed. Overall, while it has great potential with its prime spot and clean facilities, the service and room details need some improvement.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to the beach and shopping, which is a huge plus. However, the rooms were in poor condition and not very suitable for families or those with high standards. The service left a lot to be desired, as the staff was quite rude and unhelpful during our stay. Overall, while the location is worth mentioning, the lack of cleanliness and quality in the rooms and service really impacted our experience.
